Islamabad (Web Desk): Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Tuesday offered condolences over the tragic loss of lives and damage caused by severe storms and flooding that affected several parts of Türkiye, including Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Adıyaman and nearby areas.
In a statement shared on X, the premier said that he, along with the people and government of Pakistan, extended sincere sympathies to Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and the people of Türkiye over the destruction caused by the extreme weather conditions, which resulted in fatalities and significant property losses.

He said Pakistan stood shoulder to shoulder with the people of Türkiye during this painful time and expressed prayers for the victims and their families, as well as for everyone impacted by the natural disaster.
PM Shehbaz Shehbaz further stated that Pakistan was ready to provide any humanitarian or logistical support required to assist Türkiye in its rescue, relief and rehabilitation efforts.
