Lahore (Web Desk): Rain-thundershowers with isolated heavy falls and gusty winds are likely to prevail in scattered places of the country, during the next twelve hours.
Under monsoon spell rain and gusty winds are expected in Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Sargodha, Faisalabad, Gujranwala, Lahore, Upper Khyber-Pakhtunkhwa Malakand, Hazara, Mardan, Peshawar, Kohat divisions, FATA, Upper Punjab, Gilgit-Baltistan and Kashmir during the next twelve hours.
However, rain-thundershowers is also expected at a few places of Sahiwal and Bahawalpur divisions. Hot and humid weather is expected elsewhere in the country.
According to synoptic situation, moderate monsoon currents are penetrating upper and eastern parts of the country. A shallow westerly wave is affecting upper parts of the country and likely to persist during next 24 hours.
