Gold price decreases by Rs10,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices witnessed another significant drop across the country on Tuesday, marking the second consecutive day of decline in the local bullion market.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola decreased by Rs10,000, bringing the new rate down to Rs539,962.

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold fell by Rs8,573, settling at Rs462,930.

Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices also recorded a decline. The price per ounce dropped by $100, reaching $5,172.

It is worth mentioning that just a day earlier, the price of gold per tola had already fallen by Rs13,900, reflecting a sharp downward trend in both local and global markets.
