Lahore (Staff Report): Mohsin Abbas Haider’s wife Fatima Sohail has filed khula.
Sohail, in her plea filed through lawyer Barrister Ehtesham, alleged that Mohsin Abbas "is having an affair with another woman". Her claim also includes "domestic abuse" that she said she was subjected to "at the hands of Mohsin Abbas Haider".
Fatima requested the court to approve her plea for khula and issue a decree in the matter.
