Gold price decreases by Rs13,900 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): After witnessing a sharp increase of thousands of rupees in the previous session, gold prices recorded a significant decline today in the local market.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of gold per tola has fallen by Rs13,900, bringing the new rate down to Rs549,962.

The association further stated that the price of 10 grams of gold decreased by Rs11,917, settling at Rs471,503.

Meanwhile, in the international market, gold prices also moved downward. The global rate dropped by $139 per ounce, reaching $5,272 per ounce.

Market analysts suggest that fluctuations in the global bullion market and currency movements continue to impact local gold prices.
