Rawalpindi (Staff Report): Two army personnel were martyred while four terrorists were killed in exchange of fire in Frontier Region (FR) Bannu on Thursday, Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) confirmed.
According to ISPR, the security forces conducted intelligence-based operation in Mullagano area of Jani Khel town in Bannu district during which terrorists present in the area opened fire at army personnel.
The security forces retaliated and shot dead four terrorists. Two army officials also embraced martyrdom during the gunfight, including Lieutenant Khawar and Naik Shehzad.
