Rawalpindi (Staff Report): The Maldives High Commissioner Ahmed Saleem called on the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Friday.
According to a press release issued by Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest and regional security issues were discussed during the meeting.
The Maldivian High Commissioner also acknowledged and appreciated Pakistan’s continuous efforts for peace and stability in the region.
On Thursday, the Kazakhstan Ambassador to Pakistan Barlybay Sadykov called on COAS General Qamar Javed Bajwa. Both the dignitaries discussed bilateral security and regional issues.
