Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan has given the green light to Bangladesh’s flag carrier, Biman Airlines, to commence direct flight operations, coming on the heels of a similar approval earlier extended to a British airline.

The Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) confirmed that Biman will be allowed to run nonstop services between Dhaka and Karachi for a temporary period of three months, lasting until March 30.

Throughout this duration, the airline will have access to Pakistan’s airspace through officially designated corridors.

The decision is expected to boost air travel links and help foster closer movement and connectivity between Pakistan and Bangladesh.
