Gold price increases by 2,700 per tola in Pakistan

karachi (Web Desk): Gold and silver prices have witnessed a significant increase across the country. The price of one tola (11.66 grams) of gold rose by 2,700 rupees, bringing the new price to 446,862 rupees per tola.

According to the All Pakistan Saraf and Jewellers Association, the price of 24-carat gold increased by 2,700 rupees on the first day of the business week, reaching 446,862 rupees per tola. Similarly, the price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold rose by 2,315 rupees, bringing it to 383,112 rupees.

In the international market, the price of gold increased by 27 dollars, reaching 4,245 dollars per ounce, while the price of silver rose to 56.51 dollars per ounce.

Meanwhile, in the local market, the price of silver increased by 54 rupees, reaching 5,963 rupees per tola. The price of 10 grams of silver also increased by 46 rupees, bringing it to 5,112 rupees.
