California (Web Desk): Facebook, the world’s most popular social media platform, has launched a new feature aimed at making the posting process easier and more engaging. Meta, the parent company of Facebook, is integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) into various sections of its apps, further enhancing the user experience.
Previously, users could create AI-generated images through chats or other methods within the Meta ecosystem. However, this new feature allows you to use AI directly in your Facebook posts. A new button has been added to the "What's on your mind" post box, positioned just below the emoji face icon on the bottom right.
By clicking this button, users can give written instructions to Meta’s AI to create custom images. Once the instructions are provided, Meta’s AI will present four different image options from which users can select their preferred image.
If you wish to make further changes to the image, various editing options are available on the left side of the screen. Once fully satisfied with the result, users can simply click "Done" to post the image.
This feature is being rolled out gradually, meaning it won’t be available to all users immediately. However, it is expected that it will be accessible to everyone within the next few days or weeks.
The new feature adds a creative, interactive, and fun dimension to the Facebook posting experience, providing users with a fresh way to share their thoughts and ideas.
