Security forces kill 41 Indian-sponsored terrorists in separate Balochistan operations: ISPR

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Security forces killed 41 terrorists belonging to Indian proxy, Fitna al Khwarij and Fitna al Hindustan in two separate operations in Balochistan, the military’s media wing said on Friday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), an intelligence based operation (IBO) was conducted in outskirts of Harnai District on reported presence of Fitna al Khwarij. During the conduct of operation, own troops effectively engaged the hideout, and after an intense fire exchange, 30 Indian sponsored Khwarij were sent to hell.

The statement said that a large cache of ammunition and explosives were also recovered from the killed Khwarij & destroyed on the spot.

The ISPR said that another IBO was conducted in Panjgur District in which, a terrorist hideout was busted and 11 Indian sponsored terrorists of Fitna al Hindustan were neutralized.

"Besides weapons and ammunition, looted money from bank robbery in Panjgur on 15 December 2025 were also recovered from the killed terrorists,” the statment said," adding that the terrorists were involved in numerous terrorist activities in the past.

The military’s media wing said that sanitization operations are being conducted to eliminate any other Indian sponsored terrorist found in the area.

"Relentless Counter Terrorism campaign under vision “Azm e Istehkam” (as approved by Federal Apex Committee on National Action Plan) by security forces and Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAS) of Pakistan will continue at full pace to wipe out menace of foreign sponsored and supported terrorism from the country," the ISPR said.

President Asif Ali Zardari and Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday lauded Pakistan’s security forces for their successful operations against Indian-backed terrorists in Balochistan and Bannu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP).

In separate statements, the president and the premier stressed that the recent actions underline the state’s firm determination to confront groups supported by Fitnatul Hindustan and Fitna al Khawarij.

President Zardari said the operations conducted under the Azm-e-Istehkam initiative would continue to protect the nation’s peace and stability.

He lauded the alertness and dedication of the security and law enforcement personnel, calling their efforts crucial in eliminating proxy terrorism from the country.

PM Shehbaz praised the forces for successfully neutralizing 41 terrorists linked to Fitnatul Hindustan during the operations.

He said these achievements highlight the ongoing progress of security agencies under the Azm-e-Istehkam vision.

“The whole nation stands united behind our security forces in their fight against terrorism. We are determined to completely eliminate all forms of terror from Pakistan,” the prime minister added.
