Govt cuts petrol price by Rs0.75, raises diesel by Rs2.24 per litre

Islamabad (Web Desk): The federal government has revised petroleum prices, reducing the price of petrol while increasing the rate of high-speed diesel.

According to a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the price of high-speed diesel has been increased by Rs2.24 per litre, taking the new rate to Rs390.62 per litre.

Meanwhile, the government has reduced the price of petrol by Rs0.75 per litre. Following the cut, the new price of petrol has been fixed at Rs335.06 per litre.

The Petroleum Division said the revised prices of both petrol and diesel will come into effect from July 30.
