Dubai Immigration offers assistance to people facing visa-related issues

Dubai  (Web Desk): Dubai Immigration has announced support measures for individuals struggling with visa-related problems, urging them to approach the relevant authorities for the resolution of their concerns.

Director General of Dubai Immigration, Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri, said that people facing visa difficulties in the United Arab Emirates should visit the Al Awir Centre of Dubai Immigration and share details of their issues with officials.

He made these remarks during a press briefing held on Wednesday alongside other senior officials, where he highlighted the department’s efforts to assist affected individuals.

Lieutenant General Mohammed Ahmed Al Marri said that those who do not have accommodation will be provided with shelter, while individuals facing difficulties in arranging food will also receive free meals.

He further stated that medical check-ups would be provided without any charges, and dental treatment facilities would also be made available for those in need.

The Dubai Immigration chief added that steps would be taken to remove obstacles faced by people wishing to return to their home countries.

He also announced the launch of a new centre aimed at guiding stranded tourists and people visiting Dubai in search of employment.

He said that tourists and job seekers arriving in Dubai are considered guests, and resolving their problems and providing necessary assistance remains a priority.
