Gold price increases by Rs10,000 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi  (Web Desk): Gold prices have surged significantly across Pakistan, with the rate per tola rising by more than Rs10,000. According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Association, the current price of one tola of gold has reached Rs550,562 (≈ $3,300).

Similarly, the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs8,574, bringing it to Rs472,018 (≈ $2,830).

The increase is also reflected in the international market, where the price per ounce of gold has risen by $100, now trading at $5,278.

Experts say the surge affects both investors and gold buyers, with domestic prices driven by international rates as well as changes in local supply and demand.
