Saudi minister calls on CDF Asim Munir, hails Pakistan's role in promoting regional peace 

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Eng. Abdulrahman Abdulmohsen AlFadley called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at General Headquarters (GHQ), the military’s media wing said on Friday.

According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), matters of mutual interest were discussed during the meeting.

“The COAS highlighted the deep-rooted brotherly relations between Pakistan and Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and reaffirmed Pakistan’s commitment to further strengthening the longstanding strategic partnership between the two brotherly countries,” it further said.

The visiting dignitary appreciated Pakistan’s positive role in promoting regional peace and stability.

The Saudi minister expressed his desire to enhance cooperation between the two brotherly countries, particularly in the areas of agriculture and environmental sustainability.
