DPM Dar, Saudi FM discuss regional developments 

Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Senator Mohammad Ishaq Dar spoke by telephone with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan Al Saud and conveyed his congratulations on the unanimous election of Mauritania’s Ismail Ould Cheikh Ahmed as the new Secretary-General of the Organisation of Islamic Cooperation (OIC).

The two foreign ministers also discussed the latest developments in the region and matters of common interest during their conversation.

They particularly exchanged views on preparations for the upcoming meeting of the R4 forum.

The two sides agreed to continue coordinating closely and remain in regular contact on issues of mutual concern.
