Geneva (Web Desk): Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi strongly condemned the brutal attack on a school in the city of Manab during an emergency session of the Human Rights Council (UNHRC), urging the international community to take immediate notice of the massacre of innocent students.

In his address, Araghchi revealed that Iran is facing an "illegal and imposed war" from two nuclear powers, the United States and Israel.

He stated that the aggression began on February 28, while diplomatic efforts between Iran and the United States were still underway, accusing Washington and Tel Aviv of once again sabotaging diplomatic initiatives.

The Iranian foreign minister described the military operation as entirely unjustified and a blatant violation of international law.

The Iranian FM called the attack on Shajra Tayyiba Girls Elementary School in Manab a chilling example of cruelty, reporting that over 175 innocent students and teachers were mercilessly killed in what constitutes a grave war crime.

Araghchi urged the UNHRC and global powers to immediately investigate the Manab school incident and to take stringent international action against those responsible for this severe violation of human rights.
