Commander National Strategic Command General Aamer Raza calls on CDF Asim Munir

Rawalpindi (Web Desk): Commander National Strategic Command (CNSC) General Syed Aamer Raza, called on Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Forces (CDF) Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir at General Headquarters (GHQ) on Monday.

According to a statement issued by the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir congratulated General Aamer Raza on assuming command of the National Strategic Command.

Earlier, upon his appointment as Commander National Strategic Command, General Syed Aamer Raza was presented a Guard of Honour at GHQ.

The newly appointed commander also visited Yadgar-e-Shuhada, where he laid a floral wreath and offered Fateha to pay tribute to the sacrifices of the martyrs.

The visit marked the assumption of command by General Aamer Raza and reflected the significance of the National Strategic Command in Pakistan’s defence structure.
