Govt increases petrol price by Rs2.02, cuts diesel by Rs3.59 per litre till September 28

Islamabad (Web Desk): The federal government on Friday announced a hike of Rs2.02 per litre in the price of petrol, while lowering the rate of high-speed diesel (HSD) by Rs3.59 per litre.

After the latest adjustment, petrol will be available to consumers at Rs391.30 per litre, whereas the new price of HSD has been set at Rs408.53 per litre.

As stated in a notification issued by the Petroleum Division, the revised prices will remain in effect from Saturday, September 26, until Monday, September 28.
