Lahore Court grants bail, orders release of YouTuber Ducky Bhai

Lahore  (Web Desk): District Court Issues Release Order for YouTuber Ducky Bhai (Said Ur Rehman)

The Lahore District Court has issued a release order for renowned YouTuber Said Ur Rehman, also known as Ducky Bhai. Judicial Magistrate Naeem Bhutto issued the release order, directing that if Ducky Bhai is not wanted or involved in any other case, he should be released immediately. Along with the order, the court also sent a formal release warrant to the Superintendent of Camp Jail.

During the hearing, Justice Shahram Sarwar remarked that it is unusual for bail to be denied in such cases, following the Supreme Court's ruling, and in this context, the bail application was granted.

It is worth mentioning that the Lahore High Court had granted Ducky Bhai bail in a case related to the promotion of a gambling app just the previous day. The court approved his bail against a bond of 1 million rupees, after which the release order was issued.
