Multan: (Web Desk): Following the orders of panchayat (village council) in Multan, a man raped a 17-year-old girl on Wednesday to avenge the rape of his sister.
The tragic and inhumane incident took place in Rajpur, Multan after a panchayat was convened after a 12-year-old girl was raped by a man.
The panchayat heard the case and ordered to rape the 17-year-old sister of the accused who rapped 12-year-old girl. Later the 17-year-old girl was raped by the victim’s brother in front of her parents and panchayat members.
However, police have arrested at least 10 persons including the head of the panchayat after filing the case.
