Iran–US MoU signing ceremony venue changed

Geneva (Web Desk): The venue for the signing ceremony of the memorandum of understanding between Iran and the United States (US) has been officially changed, according to Swiss authorities.

The Swiss Ministry of Foreign Affairs confirmed that the event will no longer take place in Geneva and has instead been moved to Bürgenstock, a resort town in central Switzerland.

Officials said the delegations from both sides are expected to meet on Friday for the formal signing process.

Swiss authorities added that the change in location was made for logistical and diplomatic convenience to ensure smooth proceedings.

Bürgenstock has previously hosted several high-level international meetings and is widely regarded as a secure and neutral venue for sensitive diplomatic engagements.
