Colombo (Web Desk): Pakistan Cricket Board Chairman (PCB) Chairman Mohsin Naqvi met with Sri Lanka’s Minister for Sports and Youth Affairs Sunil Kamara Gamij to discuss ways to enhance bilateral cooperation in cricket and other sports.
The meeting was attended by Pakistan’s High Commissioner Major General Retired Faheem Al-Aziz, PCB Advisor Aamir Mir, Chief Operating Officer Sameer Ahmed, and PSL Chief Executive Officer Salman Naseer.
Both sides agreed to expand collaboration in sports, including training programs and match partnerships. Mohsin Naqvi said that friendly ties between Pakistan and Sri Lanka are improving and that cricket and other sports will play a key role in strengthening bilateral relations.
He also expressed gratitude for the warm hospitality in Sri Lanka and praised the arrangements for the T20 World Cup, calling them excellent.
