Pakistani YouTube creators see sharp increase in global reach

California (Web Desk): YouTube, the world's most popular video-sharing platform, has stated that the pace of creative activities in Pakistan is rapidly increasing, with a dynamic ecosystem of creators, artists, and storytellers transforming the country into a powerhouse of digital content.

In a statement released from Karachi, the platform revealed that as we approach 2026, Pakistani creative talents are not only flourishing within the country but are also captivating hearts and screens across the globe.

The statistics reflect determination and success.

In 2025, over 25,000 Pakistani YouTube channels surpassed the milestone of 10,000 subscribers, while more than 13,000 channels reached over 100,000 subscribers.

More than 1,000 Pakistani channels crossed the significant target of 1 million subscribers, which is clear evidence of the global quality, authenticity, and popularity of Pakistani content.

The most impressive aspect is Pakistan's growing global reach, with over 60% of the total watch time of Pakistani content coming from international audiences.

From Karachi to Kuala Lumpur and Lahore to London, Pakistani creators are building bridges of culture, entertainment, and shared human experiences that transcend borders.

Farhan Qureshi, Google’s Regional Director for Business and Operations, said, "What we are seeing from Pakistani creators is not limited to content created for local audiences. They are creating stories, perspectives, and entertainment that are touching the hearts of people across continents, and are redefining what it means to be a global content creator."
