Rawalpindi (Web Desk): The security forces killed eight khwarij terrorists, while six others injured in an intelligence-based operation (IBO) in general area Miran Shah, North Waziristan District on reported presence of khwarij.
According to the Inter Services Public Relations (ISPR), during conduct of the operation, own troops effectively engaged khwarij’s location, as a result of which, eight khwarij were sent to hell, while six khwarij got injured.
The statement added that sanitization operation was being carried out to eliminate any other Kharji found in the area.
In another operation, four terrorists including a high value target ring leader Sana alias Baru were killed by the security forces at general area of Balgatar in Balochisdtan’s Kech district.
As per the military’s media wing, Sana alias Baru was focal recruitment agent, especially suicide bombers, for so called Majeed Brigade in District Kech and was highly wanted by the Law Enforcement Agencies (LEAs)
Weapons and ammunition were also recovered from the killed terrorists.
“Security forces of Pakistan are determined to wipe-out the menace of terrorism,” the ISPR said.
