Gold price increases by Rs400 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices in Pakistan recorded a modest increase, with the price of one tola of gold rising by Rs400 to Rs457,136.

According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewellers Association, the price of 10 grams of gold also went up by Rs343, reaching Rs391,920.

Jewellery market representatives attributed the latest movement in gold prices to fluctuations in international bullion rates, changes in the value of the US dollar, uncertainty surrounding the global economy, and ongoing geopolitical tensions.

Market observers said developments in the international gold market and broader economic conditions continue to play a key role in determining domestic gold prices.
