Gold price decreases by Rs10,400 per tola in Pakistan 

Karachi (Web Desk): Gold prices took a notable dip as trading opened on Monday, with the value of 24 karat gold falling by Rs10,400 per tola, settling at Rs340,500 compared to Rs350,900 recorded the day before.

Similarly, the rate for 10 grams of 24 karat gold dropped to Rs291,923 after a decrease of Rs8,917 from the previous figure of Rs300,840. A corresponding decline was seen in 22 karat gold, which now trades at Rs267,693 per 10 grams, down Rs8,087 from its earlier rate of Rs275,780.

Silver also followed the downward trend. The price per tola slipped by Rs17 to Rs3,400, while 10 grams of silver saw a reduction of Rs15, bringing it to Rs2,914.

On the global front, gold prices took a sharp hit, sliding by $104 to reach $3,221, down from $3,325. Silver mirrored this movement with a minor decrease of $0.17, now priced at $32.18 internationally.
