Sydney (Web Desk): The Hello singer was forced to halt her concert performance in Sydney when a 47-year-old fan suffered a cardiac arrest and emergency services were called in.
More than 95,000 fans made their way to the ANZ stadium and cleared a path to allow paramedics to get to the ill woman. The fan was taken to a local hospital in serious condition and was confirmed to have suffered a cardiac arrest.
Adele seemed quite upset about what had happened.
