Interior Minister Naqvi visits injured security personnel at CMH Peshawar, hails their bravery

Peshawar (Web Desk): Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi paid a visit to the Combined Military Hospital (CMH) in Peshawar on Friday to meet Pakistan Army and Federal Constabulary personnel who were injured while performing their duties, and to express appreciation for their service and sacrifices.

During the visit, he personally met every injured officer and soldier, asked about their health, and encouraged them as they continued their recovery. Naqvi praised their determination and commitment, saying their actions demonstrated exceptional devotion to the country and its people.

The minister was also briefed by hospital officials and medical staff about the condition of the wounded personnel and the treatment they were receiving. He stressed that all necessary medical care and rehabilitation support should be provided to ensure their full recovery.

While speaking to the injured servicemen, Naqvi commended their role in countering the activities of “Fitna al-Khawarij,” the term used by the government for militant groups involved in terrorism. He said the personnel had shown remarkable courage by standing firm against forces seeking to undermine the country's peace and security.

“You courageously foiled the nefarious ambitions of Fitna al-Khawarij,” Naqvi told the wounded soldiers.

“You are the heroes of the nation, and we are all proud of you,” he said.

The interior minister said the country's safety and stability were protected through the dedication and sacrifices of brave security personnel. He noted that the vigilance and commitment of such individuals continued to strengthen national security and frustrate hostile designs against Pakistan.

“With courageous sons of the soil like you standing guard, no enemy conspiracy can succeed,” Naqvi remarked.

Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Secretary Shahab Ali Shah and Federal Constabulary Inspector General Nazeer Ahmed Gada were also present during the visit.
