Pakistan, Saudi finance ministers discuss strengthening bilateral economic cooperation

Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan’s Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb saw off Saudi Arabia’s Finance Minister Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan at Islamabad International Airport last night following his official visit to Pakistan.

Earlier, during their meeting, both ministers exchanged warm pleasantries and discussed the longstanding and strong bilateral relations between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia.

They also reviewed ongoing economic cooperation and reaffirmed their commitment to further strengthening financial and investment ties.

Finance Minister Muhammad Aurangzeb appreciated Saudi Arabia’s continued support and engagement with Pakistan’s economy.

He also expressed his desire to meet his Saudi counterpart again during the upcoming World Bank and International Monetary Fund Spring Meetings in Washington, D.C.

The interaction reflects the close and enduring partnership between the two brotherly countries, with both sides continuing to engage at multiple international forums to deepen economic collaboration and policy coordination.
