Ceasefire broken: Israeli airstrikes continue in Southern Gaza, death toll rises

Gaza (Web Desk):Despite a declared ceasefire, Israeli airstrikes continue in the southern Gaza cities of Khan Yunis and Rafah, resulting in widespread destruction of homes and an increasing number of casualties.

According to Arab media reports, rescue teams are still working to recover bodies from the rubble, with the recent airstrikes leading to the discovery of nine more martyrs. Since October 10, a total of 241 Palestinians have been martyred, and 614 others have been injured in Israeli attacks. The overall death toll in Gaza has now reached 69,169, while 170,685 Palestinians have been wounded.

The humanitarian situation in Gaza remains dire, with significant challenges in delivering aid. There is a severe shortage of basic necessities, and the ongoing blockade has exacerbated the crisis. United Nations and international aid agencies are intensifying their efforts to reach trapped civilians, but access remains severely restricted.

The shortage of food, water, and medical supplies has made conditions even more critical. Global organizations have urged both Israeli and local authorities to ensure unhindered delivery of humanitarian assistance to alleviate the worsening crisis and provide medical care for the wounded.
