Rawalpindi (Web Desk): A special ceremony will take place on Sunday at the General Headquarters (GHQ) to mark the first anniversary of Pakistan’s historic achievement in Marka-e-Haq.
Chief of Army Staff (COAS) and Chief of Defence Staff (CDF), Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir, will grace the occasion as the chief guest.

Chief of the Air Staff Zaheer Ahmed Babar Sidhu and Chief of the Naval Staff Naveed Ashraf will also attend the ceremony along with other senior officers from the armed forces.
The ceremony will begin with a wreath-laying ceremony at Yadgar-e-Shuhada, where well-presented contingents from the three services will pay formal tribute through a salute.
Later, Field Marshal Syed Asim Munir will address the gathering and deliver an important speech highlighting the significance of Marka-e-Haq and the sacrifices rendered for the defence of the country.
