Islamabad (Staff Report): Federal Minister for Railways Khawaja Saad Rafique has announced a 30 percent reduction in railway fares during all three days of Eid ul Adha (July 10 to July 12).
Addressing a press conference along with Adviser to Prime Minister on Kashmir Affairs and Gilgit-Baltistan Qamar Zaman Kaira here on Wednesday, Rafique said that fares for all classes of all trains will be reduced by 30 percent on Eid ul Adha. He said that the coalition government is trying to pull the country out of the mess that the previous PTI-led government plunged the country into.
Speaking on the occasion, Kaira said the coalition government is trying to handle the economy by taking tough decisions. He said all coalition parties are contesting by-polls of Punjab together.
