One Palestinian martyred, woman injured as Israeli attacks continue in Gaza despite ceasefire

Gaza City (Web Desk): Despite the announcement of a ceasefire, Israeli forces have continued to launch attacks in Gaza. The latest strikes targeted a tent in Khan Yunis, killing one Palestinian and injuring a woman.

This ongoing violence raises concerns about the fragile nature of the ceasefire agreement and its implementation on the ground.

In parallel developments, the Rafah crossing between Gaza and Egypt has been partially reopened.

Following this, 25 Palestinians were able to return to Gaza, marking a small but significant movement of people amid the conflict.

In addition to the movement of people, Israel has returned the bodies and human remains of Palestinians to Gaza.

According to official sources, this includes 54 bodies and human remains packed in 66 separate boxes. The Gaza Ministry of Health has confirmed that forensic examinations and documentation procedures on the returned remains are currently underway to identify and record them properly.

This transfer of bodies and remains is a sensitive and solemn aspect of the ongoing conflict, highlighting the human cost and the continued efforts by authorities to manage its consequences despite hostilities.
