Multan (Staff Report): A woman along with her three daughters allegedly committed suicide over a domestic dispute in Multan.
According to the police, 30-year-old Fouzia, along with her three daughters Sabiha, 7, Mehnaz, 5, and Rabia, 3, jumped into a canal in Jhok Wains, Multan, after a dispute with her husband Irfan.
Rescue 1122 recovered three dead bodies while the body of the seven-year-old is still missing, police said. Bodies of Fouzia, Mehnaz, and Rabia have been shifted to Nishtar Hospital.
According to the police, three-year-old Rabia was tied in her mother’s shawl when the deceased were found near Rawan, while Mehnaz’s body was found in Nawab pur.
Irfan, the husband and father of the deceased, identified the bodies of his wife and daughters, according to police officials.
