Islamabad (Staff Report): The federal government has approved an increase in prices of petroleum products, says sources.
Earlier, the Oil and Gas Regulatory Authority (OGRA) has recommended an increase in prices from November 01.
The regulatory authority has recommended Rs9 per litre increase in petrol, Rs13 per litre for diesel and Rs6.5 per litre for kerosene oil.
OGRA has moved the summary for the hike in the petroleum product prices to the ministry of petroleum.
