Islamabad (Staff Report/Agencies): The National Assembly will discuss the no-trust motion against Prime Minister Imran Khan today (Thursday).
According to the NA Secretariat, discussion on the no-confidence motion against the premier on NA session’s agenda scheduled to start at 4pm.
On Monday, the session of the NA adjourned till March 31 (today) after Leader of the Opposition in the National Assembly and PML-N President Shahbaz Sharif tabled the no-confidence motion against PM Imran in the lower house.
NA Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri presided over the session, which was followed by the counting procedure to determine the number of lawmakers in favour. More than 155 lawmakers were in favour of tabling the motion against the PM.
