World's First 'robot phone' to launch on August 12

Beijing (Web Desk): A Chinese technology company has announced the launch of what it claims is the world's first "robot phone," with the device set to debut in China on August 12.

According to foreign media reports, the smartphone's standout feature is its advanced robotic camera system. Unlike conventional smartphones with fixed cameras, the device is equipped with a movable camera module that can rotate in different directions while recording videos, offering users a professional-grade filming experience.

The camera module, positioned at the top of the handset, automatically pops up when needed and can adjust to multiple angles. Powered by artificial intelligence (AI), it is capable of automatically detecting and tracking people or moving objects to keep them in frame.

The company said the camera intelligently follows the user's movements during video recording, helping produce smoother, more stable footage with a cinematic look.

The smartphone also features a triple rear camera setup, headlined by a 200-megapixel primary sensor.

According to the company, the high-resolution camera is designed to capture highly detailed images while also delivering sharper and clearer shots of distant subjects.
