KP CM Gandapur vows to eradicate terrorism, sectarianism from province

Peshawar (Web Desk): Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) Chief Minister Ali Amin Gandapur reaffirmed his government’s resolve to eradicate terrorism from the province.

He was chairing a significant meeting of Apex Committee in Peshawar on Wednesday.

The session focused on the ongoing operation in Bajaur Agency and the current law and order challenges across the province, with a detailed discussion on the prevailing security situation.

During the meeting, Ali Amin Gandapur stated that there would be no concessions or compromises regarding law and order in the province.

He emphasized that the government is fully committed to eradicating terrorism and sectarianism, and all law enforcement agencies are united in achieving this goal.

The Apex Committee stressed the need for full support to security forces and called for the implementation of a comprehensive strategy to ensure peace and stability.

Particular attention was given to making the operation in Bajaur successful and ensuring the safety and protection of the local population.

The chief minister reiterated that the ongoing operations against terrorism are crucial not only for Bajaur but for the stability and peace of the entire province.

The KP CM made it clear that the government would not tolerate any incidents of sectarianism or extremism under any circumstances.
