In phone call, DPM Dar, KSA FM discuss regional situation

Islamabad (Web Desk): Deputy Prime Minister Ishaq Dar held a conversation with Saudi Foreign Minister Prince Faisal bin Farhan, during which they shared perspectives on the current regional scenario and recent developments.

During the conversation, DPM Dar extended his greetings for the festive season and wished Prince Faisal a prosperous New Year, sentiments that were warmly returned.

Both leaders expressed their satisfaction over the steady progress in bilateral relations, with the Saudi Foreign Minister reaffirming his commitment to further deepen and enhance cooperation between the two nations.

Meanwhile, DPM Dar received a phone call from Uzbekistan’s Foreign Minister, Bakhtiyor Saidov.

The conversation began with the Uzbek minister extending heartfelt Season’s greetings and New Year wishes, which Dar warmly reciprocated.

During the exchange, Saidov confirmed that the President of Uzbekistan is expected to visit Pakistan in February 2026.

Both officials took the opportunity to discuss regional and global developments, expressing a shared commitment to further strengthen bilateral relations and expand cooperation in areas of mutual interest.
