1st T20I :Pakistan win toss, bat first against Bangladesh

Lahore (Web Desk):  Pakistan has won the toss and elected to bat first in the opening match of the three-match T20I series against Bangladesh. The match is being played at Lahore’s iconic Gaddafi Stadium.

Pakistan T20I captain Salman Ali Agha said after the toss that the pitch looks good for batting and expressed confidence in the form of his players.

"The wicket looks favorable for batting. Our team is in good shape, and we’re looking to put up a solid total," he stated.
Meanwhile, Bangladesh skipper Litton Das acknowledged the disappointment of not winning the previous series in the UAE but remained hopeful about the new series.

"This is a fresh start. The pitch looks good, and I don’t think batting or bowling first will make much of a difference," he added.
