JCP approves transfer of three IHC judges 

Islamabad (Web Desk): The Judicial Commission of Pakistan (JCP) has given approval for the transfer of three judges of the Islamabad High Court (IHC)to other provincial high courts.

In an official statement issued on Tuesday, the commission said that the transfers were approved by a majority decision.

As per the JCP decision, Justice Mohsin Akhtar Kayani has been transferred to the Lahore High Court (LHC), Justice Babar Sattar will join the Peshawar High Court (PHC), while Justice Saman Rafat Imtiaz has been transferred to the Sindh High Court (SHC) from the IHC.
