All mines removed from Strait of Hormuz, claims Trump

Washington (Web Desk): United States (US) President Donald Trump has announced that all mines in the international waters of the Strait of Hormuz have either been taken out or detonated.

In a post shared on Truth Social, Trump said Iran had already been warned that any vessel attempting to lay fresh mines in the strategically important waterway would face immediate and systematic destruction.

“Through Space Force, we are watching every square inch of the Strait, as we are, also, with Pickaxe Mountain and the already destroyed three other Nuclear sites,” he said.

Trump also stressed that Washington had adopted a strict “Zero Tolerance policy” against any new mine-laying activity in the Strait of Hormuz.
