Gold price decreases by Rs3,500 per tola in Pakistan

Karachi  (Web Desk): According to the All Pakistan Gems and Jewelers Association, the price of gold has been steadily declining both locally and globally.

Locally, the price of 24-carat gold has dropped by Rs 3,500 per tola, now standing at Rs 433,826. The price of 10 grams of 24-carat gold has decreased by Rs 3,001, bringing it to Rs 371,966.

Globally, the price of gold has also seen a decline. The global price of gold has decreased by 35 USD per ounce, now standing at 4,115 USD. This decline in the international market has contributed to the fall in local prices, as the local market is influenced by global trends.

Experts attribute the ongoing drop in gold prices to various factors such as fluctuations in the international markets, shifts in the value of the US dollar, and overall global economic conditions. Despite this temporary dip, gold continues to be considered a reliable investment.

For investors and buyers in Pakistan, the reduction in prices presents an opportunity to purchase gold at lower rates. However, as the market remains volatile, experts recommend caution and keeping an eye on further changes in prices.

It remains to be seen whether the decline in prices will continue or if there will be a reversal in the near future.
