Rawalpindi: Chief of Army Staff (COAS) General Qamar Javed Bajwa on Sunday visited Parachinar, which was hit a deadly blast, claiming 25 lives and injuring over 65 on Saturday.
According to the ISPR, COAS General Qamar Bajwa also paid a visit to the injured of the blast at Agency Headquarters Hospital, besides condoled with families of killed persons. Bajwa vowed to punish the perpetrators of Saturday’s Parachinar market bombing.
He also directed army officers to award exemplary punishment to those who were involved in carrying out the attack. Inquiring about the health of the injured, General Bajwa expressed deep sorrow over the incident. He also offered fateha for the deceased.
