Islamabad (Web Desk): Iranian Interior Minister Eskandar Momeni was presented with a guard of honour at Islamabad Police Lines on Tuesday as part of his two-day official visit to Pakistan.
The ceremonial reception was organized in honour of the visiting dignitary, with Minister of State for Interior Talal Chaudhry accompanying the Iranian minister during the event.
According to Pakistan’s Ministry of Interior, Momeni was warmly welcomed at the parade ground, where a well-disciplined police contingent presented the guard of honour.

The Iranian interior minister arrived in Islamabad late Monday night for a visit focused on strengthening bilateral cooperation between Pakistan and Iran.
During his stay, Momeni is scheduled to meet with senior Pakistani officials to discuss matters of mutual interest, including border management, internal security, counterterrorism efforts, and regional cooperation.
The visit is expected to provide an opportunity for both countries to further enhance coordination on security-related issues and deepen bilateral ties.
