Resuming on 112-2, England reached the modest 167-run target in just 38 minutes, with Ben Duckett and Ben Stokes finishing unbeaten on 82 and 35 respectively.
Earlier on Monday, Pakistan batting lineup miserably failed in the second innings as the national team managed to score 216 runs.
On the fourth day, England resumed their second innings at overnight score of 112 for two and needed a paltry 55 for the washout.
Pakistan scored 304 runs in the first innings of the last Test and England posted 354.
English leg spinner Rehan Ahmed picked five wickets on his Test debut to put the team on course for a comfortable victory in the final Test.
England becomes the first Test team to complete a 3-0 whitewash in Pakistan, having won the first two tests.
On December 12, England defeated Pakistan by 26 runs in the second Test in Multan on Monday, taking 2-0 lead in the three-match series.
