'All options on the table' in case of US intervention’, warns Tehran

Tehran (Web Desk): Missile strikes entered their seventh consecutive day on Thursday as the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran escalated further. Israel launched airstrikes on several Iranian sites, including the inactive heavy-water nuclear reactor in Arak.

In retaliation, Iran fired missiles into Israel, hitting multiple key locations such as the Soroka Medical Centre in Be’er Sheva in the south and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange. At least 47 people were reported injured in the hospital strike.

Following the attack on the hospital, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu stated that Iran would “pay a heavy price” for its actions.

Iran, through its state-run IRNA news agency, claimed it had targeted an Israeli military site and not civilian infrastructure.

Tehran also issued a warning to the United States (US), cautioning it against any involvement in the conflict and stating that its “military decision makers have all the necessary options on the table.”

Meanwhile, in the US, media reports suggested that President Donald Trump had told his top advisers that he supported a military strike on Iran, although no final order had been given.

Iran’s Supreme Leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, firmly rejected US calls for de-escalation, warning that any American military involvement would bring “irreparable damage to them.”

According to the Washington-based Human Rights Activists group, Israeli strikes across various Iranian cities and military facilities have so far resulted in nearly 650 deaths and over 1,300 injuries.
