Pakistan dispatches 25th consignment of aid to Gaza

Islamabad (Web Desk): Pakistan sent off its 25th relief consignment to Gaza, marking another effort to support Palestinians with a fresh 100-ton shipment that increases the country’s total aid contribution to 2,427 tons.

The move once again underscores Islamabad’s continued commitment to humanitarian assistance.

The National Disaster Management Authority (NDMA), working together with the Al-Khidmat Foundation and acting on the prime minister’s instructions, arranged the dispatch from Allama Iqbal International Airport in Lahore.

The supplies are being transported to Gaza via Egypt.

The chartered flight was loaded with vital non-food items such as tents, tarpaulin sheets, and jerry cans, all intended to help families enduring severe hardships.

Before the aircraft took off, a send-off ceremony was held, attended by Federal Minister for Public Affairs Rana Mubashir Iqbal, alongside officials from the NDMA, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and the Al-Khidmat Foundation.
