Islamabad (Web Desk): A local court on Monday extended the interim bails of Pakistan Tehreek-Insaf (PTI) founder Imran Khan and his wife, Bushra Bibi, until December 7 in connection with the Toshakhana receipt case.
The decision was made during a hearing on Monday before Additional District and Sessions Judge Muhammad Afzal Majoka, who reviewed the pre-arrest bail applications of both individuals.
At the start of the proceedings, the investigation officer from the Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) requested additional time to verify the details of the case. The court granted the request and adjourned the hearing to December 7.
Bushra Bibi was also granted a one-time exemption from attending the hearing after her lawyer submitted a formal request.
